Restrictions: Using the line items, including all photos, of our Inspection Report as the basis for comparison, the buyer has one business day after receipt of the vehicle to report to IronPlanet any claim of a significant discrepancy between the condition of the vehicle received and the condition described in the Inspection Report, when IronClad Assurance applies. In the case that a claim is filed in accordance with the terms and conditions (see IronPlanet Terms and Conditions section VI), and if the discrepancy is validated through the IronPlanet dispute resolution process, IronPlanet may elect to settle the dispute claim in a mutually beneficial manner either by providing cash or credit to the buyer to be applied toward repair costs or by refunding the purchase price plus transportation costs to the buyer. All disputes must be submitted prior to constructive receipt of the vehicle, as per Section V of the IronPlanet Terms and Conditions, and are subject to a $500 deductible.
